关于运输

日本邮政配送信息

我们使用日本邮政提供的EMS服务。配送时间取决于各国的邮政服务和海关规定。如果您订购我们的产品，我们将在5个工作日内发货，并提供EMS追踪号码。

请注意，由于圣诞节和新年期间，11月底至12月期间EMS邮政服务尤其拥挤。此外，中转站航班延误，

海关会额外检查商品，导致派送时间延长。由于我们无法准确确定派送日期，我们建议客户提前下单。

一、美国邮政署（USPS）通知我们，由于加州部分地区发生的森林火灾以及一月份阿拉斯加部分地区遭遇的严寒天气，导致其运营中断，所有邮件的收寄将出现延误。

从同一地区寄往日本的邮件也可能会延迟到达。
