Shipping Policy
Camera of Japan ships all orders via Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service) only. This method provides fast and reliable international delivery with full tracking.
A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped. You can use this number to track the parcel via the Japan Post website or your country’s local postal service.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are determined solely based on the destination region — not the weight of the item.
Estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delays may occur due to customs procedures or local delivery conditions.
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees that may apply in their country.
Import cost
Please note that in some countries—including the United States, Germany, and the Philippines—import duties, VAT, and other customs fees may apply.
