EMS provides fast, secure delivery with full tracking and insurance.
A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your item is shipped.

The shipping cost is already included in the product price, regardless of destination.

📦 Return Shipping

Returns are accepted only in the following situations:

  • Initial defects (e.g. the camera does not power on)

  • Damage during shipping

  • Incorrect items received

We accept returns only if contacted within 7 days after delivery.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., initial defect or wrong item), we will refund the return shipping cost after receiving and inspecting the item.

In such cases, please retain your shipping receipt and inform us of the return shipping cost at the time of return.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • If the return is approved due to an initial defect or shipping error, the refund will also include the return shipping cost.
