Shipping Policy
Camera of Japan ships all orders via Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service) only. This method provides fast and reliable international delivery with full tracking.
A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped. You can use this number to track the parcel via the Japan Post website or your country’s local postal service.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are determined solely based on the destination region — not the weight of the item.

Camera of Japan will gladly exchange items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
If you receive a defective camera—for example, it does not power on or the shutter fails to release—please retain the item and all original packaging for inspection by the shipping carrier.
To initiate a return, you must contact us at **the.camera.store@cameraofjapan.com** within **7 days** of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and relevant photos if available.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly shipped items will be covered by Camera of Japan.
