Camera of Japan ships all orders via Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service) only. This method provides fast and reliable international delivery with full tracking.
A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped. You can use this number to track the parcel via the Japan Post website or your country’s local postal service.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are determined solely based on the destination region — not the weight of the item.
Estimated delivery time is
3 to 17 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delays may occur due to customs procedures or local delivery conditions.
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees that may apply in their country.

### Return Policy
Camera of Japan will gladly exchange items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
If you receive a defective camera — for example, it does not power on or the shutter fails to release — please retain the item and all original packaging for inspection by the shipping carrier.
To initiate a return, contact us at **the.camera.store@cameraofjapan.com** within **7 days** of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Relevant photos, if available
Once your return is approved, we will provide shipping instructions.
- Return shipping costs for defective or wrongly shipped items will be **covered by Camera of Japan**.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in all other cases.
- All returns must be sent via **postal mail** (EMS or equivalent) with a tracking number.
- Refunds will be processed within **5–10 business days** after receipt of the returned item.Return shipping fee is USD25 unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
